Since coating materials in most cases have a very high solids content, agitators are normally required. WIWA offers a wide range of electrically or pneumatically driven agitators to suit all different drums and applications.
This facility can be used to fill small amounts for possible residual work or rework or for dosing control. No cleaning work required because both components are operated separately.
Drum floor heaters to heat up coating materials in 200 liter drums. Heating the material through the drum floor is particularly beneficial, because the material is heated exactly where it is withdrawn.
Drum floor heating belts are strapped around 200 ltr. drums to heat the material. Depending on the required temperature, one or several heating belts are required.
Depending on the pot life of the material to be applied and the required hose length the mixing block can be mounted on the system or directly used externally at the coating location.
In order to be able to work with a WIWA system without any interruption, the filling level of the material container should be monitored electronically or pneumatically. With the automatic WIWA drum refilling system new material is automatically filled in from another drum when the minimum filling level of the supply drum is reached.
WIWA offers several flow meters for the purpose of measuring the material flow of each component or to monitor the mixing ratio. These can be equipped with evaluation electronics, interfaces and printers for written reporting.
WIWA flushing pumps for efficient and economical cleaning of all system components which are in contact with mixed materials.
When using longer material hoses and working with materials, which need to be sprayed with a higher temperature at the nozzle, the hose package needs to be heated. For this purpose we have electrically or hot water heated hose heating systems available. The exact design is worked out in dependence on application and material specification.
Custom heated hose packages, airless hose, air-assist hose, transfer hose, and moisture block/Teflon core paint hose. These hoses come in assorted sizes, lengths and pressure ratings.
