External Mixing Block Systems
Depending on the pot life of the material to be applied and the required hose length the mixing block can be mounted on the system or directly used externally at the coating location.
There are mixing blocks with automatic and manually operated valves available. The external mixing block with automatic valves can also be equipped with remote control, so that it can be directly operated by the person who applies the coating.
Mixing block systems eliminate the necessity to dispose of already mixed materials and thus the environmentally harmful wasting of solvents for cleaning components and hoses, which are in contact with pre-mixed material. For materials with short pot life external mixing is indispensible.
